You may cancel your Click Convert Marketing subscription or ongoing services at any time by providing written notice via email at:

Once your cancellation request is processed, your services will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise specified in your agreement. We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of a subscription term or billing period.

Termination by Click Convert Marketing

If your access is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or any related policies, no refund will be issued for the remaining period of your current billing cycle or subscription.

Data & Account Removal

After cancellation or termination, your account data and related information may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. We strongly recommend that you download or back up any important data before canceling your services, as recovery may not be possible once data has been removed.

Service Modifications

Click Convert Marketing reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of its services, features, or offerings at any time. While we aim to provide advance notice where possible, such changes do not entitle you to a refund unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
